We offer unlimited use of the Gym Facilities during opening hours:
Monday to Thursday: 5 am – 8 pm
Friday: 5 am – 7 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6 am – 6 pm
If you wish to workout before 8.30am during the week or on weekends, please note that no staff are on duty at these times, but you gain entry by swiping your membership card in the front door during our opening hours.
INITIAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT (45 minutes)
Assessment of your current level of fitness, flexibility, posture, health and goals. We then re-book you in free of charge for your first workout.
Where we ensure you understand your very own personalized program.
RE-ASSESSMENTS (6- 8 weeks)
Time to re-assess your fitness. Half hour appointment to measure and discuss your training progress.
NEW PROGRAM DESIGN
Discuss your progress, any new goals, and specific program changes that you may want to make.
Have your own Personal Trainer take charge of and monitor your fitness program.

6:00am – 6.30am & 9:00am – 9.30am.
Thursdays: 12.30pm – 1.00pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:00pm – 5.30pm
Our massage room is available for half hour or hourly massages by appointment only, for:
